Is there a way I can remove tag div in react4xp ?

Not at the moment, no. This actually doesn’t have anything to do with React4XP, it’s XP itself that injects these tags. The original reason for wrapping each component inside a div tag was text components which don’t have a controller and therefore cannot “style” themselves on rendering.
We are aware of the problem - you can find the issue and our internal discussion here - but removing these tags will be a breaking change, so we cannot fix this before XP8.
