Add meta data to media:document

Enonic version: 6.9.2
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2

Hello

I need to add some meta data to our .pdf documents. I know it can be done with mixins and x-data in the site.config, however this will add the mixin to all content types, not just the “native” media:document type.

Is there a way to add more fields to the media:document type without adding the fileds to all content types?

At the moment, x-data will be added to all content, and only within a specific site.
I’ll move this topic to a feature request.

This feature is added to our backlog. ETA is currently Q2/Q3.
