Cannot create sandbox

Enonic version: 7.8.3
OS: Ubuntu

Loading…Unable to connect to remote service: Get https://artifactory.enonic.cloud/artifactory/api/search/versions/?g=com.enonic.xp&a=enonic-xp-linux-sdk: dial tcp 185.56.185.127:443: i/o timeout

this error happens when creating a sandbox locally
my cammand: enonic sandbox create

I found issue. need to update latest enonic cli version

You need to update CLI: Enonic CLI v2.3.0 has been released!
