Deleting content from all branches

Enonic version: 6.5.3
OS: OSX

Im wondering about the proper way to delete content from all branches in XP.

Would you delete content in master, then delete content in draft? Or would you delete content in draft then publish to master?

My immediate thought would be the latter: First delete the content in Draft, then publish to Master.

It doesnt matter really. If you delete content in master first, it will be like it was never published. Nothing should fail however you decide to do it.
