We have released a new version of CLI (2.3.2) which solves the issue of incorrect SDK of XP being picked up on Mac ARM64 platforms.
Run enonic latest command and follow the instructions for upgrading your local version of CLI.

If you are on ARM64 and already have a sandbox(es) from before, you may get the following error after upgrading CLI to 2.3.2:
ERROR: JAVA_HOME is set to an invalid directory...
In this case, upgrade the sandbox to point to correct ARM64 distro with enonic sandbox upgrade command.
