What antivirus software are you using? Looks to me like the antivirus software is removing/quarantining the .jar file (and maybe all .jar files categorically?), thus causing a java.io.FileNotFoundException
Do you use some custom malware detection?
I’m running windows with 7.9 and I don’t get any errors that you show.
I am using the default Windows 10 antivirus. When I disabled the antivirus, it downloaded and ran without any problems, but again, when I activated the antivirus, the files were deleted and the sandbox did not run.
The problem was solved in the version 7.9.1
