Explorer app scheduling not working

We have developed a collector to use with the Explorer app, however, when trying to schedule it inside Explorer, it won’t save it. Scheduling still works with the built-in web crawler, so is there something we need to accomodate inside the collector? Or could this be a bug with Explorer?
