We have released a new version of Guillotine lib which now supports extension of content interface during schema creation.

Here you can find an example how to customize schema using creationCallbacks option Customizing the schema - Enonic Developer Portal. Before version 5.4.0 it was possible only for object types. Now developer is able to extend interfaces using the same approach.
