We have released new versions of Juke Content Operator and Juke Content Translator with upgraded default Gemini models.
Why:
Google has announced the retirement of Gemini 3.6 Flash (19 November 2026) and Gemini 3.7 Flash (28 January 2027). We have moved the apps to the newest generally available generation so they keep working well past those dates. The new models have retirement dates no earlier than July 2027, so everyone can now breathe out and continue enjoying the company of Juke Almighty without interruptions.
What changed:
- Juke Operator: the Pro model moves to Gemini 3.8 Flash, and the Flash model moves to Gemini 3.5 Flash Lite.
- Juke Translator: the default model moves to Gemini 3.5 Flash Lite.
How to upgrade:
XP8? Upgrade both apps to version 2.1.0.
Still XP7? Upgrade Juke Operator and Juke Translator to versions 1.3.0 and 1.2.0 respectively.
