Last week at Enonic - 2019, week 15

Last Week

Easter is just around the corner. This means that next issue of Last Week will be skipped. After that, “Last Week” will be back, but in some other form since yours truly will hand over the torch for a while. Stay tuned!

Progress is being made by the minute on Enonic XP7. I know everyone is eagerly awaiting this release, we’re working as hard as we can, and when we find bugs we make it our top priority to fix them before we brand XP7 as ready for prime time. RC2 will hopefully be the last pre-release of XP7, and it’s planned for this week. So, right after Easter is the new time we plan to release XP7 at. The forum is the place to stay in the know.

Last weeks two meetups went very well. Developer Meetup showed everything you needed to know about XP7, the new Developer Portal, the Enonic CLI, and more! We also did a walk-through on how to upgrade an XP6-app to XP7. Later that same day we also pulled of a PWA meetup! How about that for a day!

The XP7 feature video is close to done and will release with XP7, stay tuned! It’s clocking in on 3:45 and will cover 3 main features, and 6 mid-sized features, in XP7.

Psst! Know any Java-ninjas? Send them to our career-page.
