In modern editing tools like google docs or word you can have more than one user editing the same document. We’d like to see a similar feature in Enonic. Today, if more than one user tries to edit the same content at the same time, one of the user will lose their work without warning.
Is this a feature that is coming soon?

We are working on this, see “See who’s editing” under “Long term” plan for Content Studio in our latest roadmap. In the first version you will simply be able to see which other users have the same content opened at the same time as you.

FYI, with latest versions of Content Studio you can activate a flag that will show the users that are currently editing the same content item. More features related to real time editing are in roadmap.
