New support system for Enterprise and Cloud subscribers

All subscribers of the Enonic Cloud and Enterprise (Silver, Gold and Platinum) product offerings have access to extended product and project support.

We are continuously working on improving our support process, our goal is to deliver exceptional customer service.

Today we are introducing our new support system for Enterprise and Cloud subscribers, which will enable us to provide even better support at all support levels.

The old support system will be available for reference until further notice. All new support issues must be submitted in the new system.

Please note that access to the new support system requires you create a new user. (In other words, the user data from the old support system will not be transferred). We recommend that you sign up with your company email address. You will receive a confirmation email where you need to follow a link to verify your email address.
