Restructured development doc

Hi Enonic XP developers!

We have tried to restructure the Developer Guide in the documentation. There are now fewer top level chapters, and what we think is a more logical partitioning of the sections in each chapter. Please check out the changes here: http://xp.readthedocs.org/en/latest/developer/index.html

There are also two brand new sections that many have been waiting for:

Writing your own libraries: http://xp.readthedocs.org/en/latest/developer/app-development/writing-lib/index.html

We hope you will find the new structure an improvement. Please respond to this post with ideas for further improvements.

It can be added that the changes apply to development in 6.3, and most of the other 6.x versions, even though they are only in the “latest” section of the doc.
