We recently released XP 7.1 and Content Studio 2.2.
We also released React4XP, a toolkit and project template to use react with Enonic XP.
XP 7.2 and Content Studio 2.3 are closing in on release. We have started work on Content Studio 3.0 which will feature some nice new capabilities.
Enonic XP:
Short term (X-mas 2019):

- Vacuuming (remove unused versions)
- Content projects (Support multiple repos to isolate your sites and content)
Long term:
- Child branches (childs inherit nodes from parent layers)
- Layers support in Content API (based on child branches) Will enable smart language handling and more
