The RSS feed app has been out for a while, as an open beta. It’s still in beta. But now thanks to @PVMerlo it has support for image thumbnails on each feed item. Thanks for the pull request!
At the same time I also fixed some minor issues and made speed improvements. Please give us feedback here, or at the Github repo, when you try it out. The plans for a stable 1.0 release is to fix 5-6 more issues (mostly minor features/improvements). No current ETA on release. Have a look at the issue tracker and/or project tab on the Github repo.
